After successfully performing the rituals of Hajj, an evaluation session of the Hajj process was held under the leadership of the Minister of MOHAI in Mecca.

Respected Sheikh al-Hadith, Dr. Noor Muhammad Saqib, Minister of MOHIA, and General Head of the Afghan Hajj Mission in Saudi Arabia, held a meeting with the presence of the Head and members of the Consulate of Hajj, officials of working committees, central and provincial authorities at the office of the Afghan Hajj Mission in Mecca.
The session began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, and then the Minister of MOHAI inaugurated the session with his valuable and scholarly remarks, saying:
It is a source of joy that due to your sincere efforts, officials and employees, the Hajj rituals were successfully completed, and it is appropriate to express my appreciation and gratitude to you.
Dr. Saqib then shed light on various aspects of the Hajj process and after listening to the reports of the working committee officials, asked them to pay more attention to strengthening the strengths and addressing the problems and challenges that have arisen. He entrusted them to address the existing problems with the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and Saudi Arabian service institutions so that they can be addressed in the next year's Hajj.
The Minister of MOHAI also spoke about the process of transferring pilgrims and their safe return to the country, and in this regard, all working committee officials assured their readiness and commitment to make every effort for the success of this process.
Finally, there was a discussion and exchange of views regarding creating more facilities and providing better services for next year's Hajj.
