Decision to Award Contract: Procurement Project (32) Items Supplies and Technologies required for the necessities of the Hajj process for the year 1403

By virtue of clause (2) of Article 43 of the Procurement Law, it is hereby announced to the public that the Ministry of MOHIA intends to award the procurement project (32) Items Supplies and Technologies required for the Hajj process for the fiscal year 1403 to the esteemed company Vida Vira Logistic Services Company, holder of license number (68699), located in Qala-e-Mousa, District 10, Kabul Center, Kabul, at a total price of 1,491,565 (one million four hundred ninety-one thousand five hundred sixty-five) Afghanis.

Real and legal persons who have any objections may submit their objections in writing, accompanied by reasons, to the Procurement Directorate of the Ministry of MOHIA within seven calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.

This announcement does not constitute a contract, and until the completion of the abovementioned deadline and through the subsequent legal procedures, the contract will not be concluded.
