Invitation to Bid for the Project of Procurement of Two Types of Oil (Petrol and Diesel) Required for the First and Second Quarters of Year 1403.

Ministry of MOHIA invites all eligible bidders to participate in the bidding process for the procurement project of two types of oil (petrol and diesel) required for the first and second quarters of fiscal year 1403. Bidders are requested to submit their bids in accordance with the terms and conditions of the tender document, as per the laws and procedures of public procurement of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, starting from the date of announcement until (21) calendar days. The tender document can be obtained from the following address: Procurement Directorate, Ministry of MOHIA, Shahrono, Charahi Asmat Maslami, Former Haj Directorate Office, during official hours, through CD or flash drive at the time of bid opening as per the guidelines provided to bidders. Late and online bids will not be accepted. The bid guarantee amount is (112,000) one hundred and twelve thousand Afghanis in the form of a bank guarantee, and eligibility criteria are as per the information page of the bidding documents. Note: In case of any discrepancies between the tender document and the bidding announcement, the tender document shall prevail.
