The round-trip contract for the pilgrims of the year 1445 H was separately contracted with Ariana Afghan Airlines and Kam Air.

A separate session chaired by the respected Sheikh al-Hadith, the Chief Investigator Dr. Moulvi Noor Mohammed Saqib, the Minister of MOHIA, the Ministry's leadership, and Mr. Rahmatullah Agha, the CEO of Ariana Airlines, Haji Attila Kamgar, the responsible person for Kam Air, and the employees of the mentioned companies, was held at the Ministry headquarters.
During this meeting, the Minister of MOHIA stated: "Praise be to Allah, this year marks the third year that the Ministry of MOHIA of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, in collaboration with other relevant governmental agencies, is managing the Hajj process in the best possible way with the help of Almighty Allah. We are determined to send the honorable pilgrims to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the pilgrimage and return them safely to the country.
The description noted that the responsibility for the departure and return of the pilgrims has been fairly assigned; (15) thousand pilgrims have been allocated to Ariana Airlines and (15) thousand pilgrims to Kam Air.
Furthermore, the Minister of MOHIA added: "As the Hajj process is a religious and national process, we preferentially entrusted the pilgrimage contract to domestic companies to ensure that they do not hesitate to cooperate in providing facilities at airports and offering services both domestically and internationally. They should transport the pilgrims in an organized and safe manner."
The CEO of Ariana Airlines provided detailed information about the capacity, available facilities, and the pilgrimage transfer plan for the current year and stated: The pilgrimage transfer is not considered as a business but as a religious and national obligation. He pledged to be ready for any kind of cooperation to provide more facilities for the pilgrims.
Then, Mr. Haji Attila Kamgar, the responsible person for Kam Air, mentioned: "Our company is part of the national economy and the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan. We strive to successfully carry out the process of transferring pilgrims through the country's four flight zones to Saudi Arabia and vice versa (return of pilgrims to the country). Kam Air is fully prepared with its technical and operational capabilities for this task
During this meeting, important topics and necessary issues regarding the process of transferring pilgrims, the airports in both the country and Saudi Arabia were discussed, and potential challenges in the pilgrimage transfer process were addressed with reasonable and effective solutions. Discussions were held on scheduling and initiating flights.
Towards the end, the Minister of MOHIA signed the air service contract for the round-trip of pilgrims in the year 1445 AH, equivalent to 1403 SH, with Ariana and Kam Air airlines.
According to the signed contract, the mentioned airlines were obliged to facilitate the necessary arrangements for the transfer of pilgrims and ensure their safe return. These airlines are required to cooperate closely and systematically with the ministry, implement the terms of the contract, and provide commendable services. All aspects of the contract are inherently bound by their commitments.
