Bidding process for the air transportation project of 30,300 pilgrims for their round-trip journey from Afghanistan to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for Hajj 1447

The MOHIA invites all eligible bidders to participate in the bidding process for the air transportation project of 30,300 pilgrims for their round-trip journey from Afghanistan to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for Hajj 1447 AH. Interested bidders are requested to submit their sealed bids in accordance with the conditions outlined in the bidding document (RFP), and in compliance with the Public Procurement Law and Procedures of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, within 21 calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement.

Bidding Documents can be obtained from the following address: 

Procurement Directorate, Ministry of Guidance, Hajj and Religious Affairs, (Shahr-e-Naw, Chaharahi Esmat Muslim, former Hajj Directorate building), during official working hours, via CD or flash drive. 

Bid opening will take place according to the instructions page of the bidding documents. 

Late or online submissions will not be accepted.

Bid Security: An amount of 64,700,000 AFN (sixty-four million seven hundred thousand Afghanis) must be provided in the form of a bank guarantee, and bidders must meet the eligibility requirements stated in the bidding information sheet.

Note: In case of any discrepancy between the content of this announcement and the official bidding documents, the bidding document shall prevail.
