In Logar Province, the foundation stone was laid for a building dedicated to the preservation of blessed items associated with the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).

On the 27th of Rabi' al-Awwal, 1447 AH, corresponding to the 29th of Sunbula, 1404 AH,
A delegation led by the Deputy Minister of Administrative and Financial Affairs of the Ministry of MOHIA, Mr. Mawlawi Arifullah Arif, traveled to Logar Province on the instruction and guidance of His Excellency Amir al-Mu'minin (may Allah protect him), and the esteemed Sheikh al-Hadith Dr. Noor Muhammad Saqib. During this visit, they laid the foundation stone for a building aimed at securely preserving blessed items associated with the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), specifically the blessed shirt and blessed turban.
The gathering included speeches from Mr. Mawlawi Arifullah Arif, the Deputy Minister of Administrative and Financial Affairs of the Ministry of MOHIA; Mawlawi Salahuddin Ayubi, the Governor of Logar; several directors from the ministry; officials from relevant provincial administrative departments in Logar; and numerous esteemed scholars.
During his speech at the event, the Deputy Minister emphasized the importance and value of preserving blessed items and sacred relics. Mr. Arif stated that respecting, protecting, and properly transferring these blessed items associated with the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) to future generations is a significant responsibility for every Muslim. He further added that during the construction of the building, full attention will be given to the quality of the structure and all related aspects of preservation to ensure that this Islamic heritage remains well protected.
Following him, Mawlawi Salahuddin Ayubi, the Governor of Logar, expressed gratitude for this important initiative taken by the Ministry of MOHIA. He stated that preserving these blessed items is a source of pride for the people of Logar Province, and the construction of this building will represent a historic step in safeguarding religious and spiritual values.
It is worth mentioning that this building is being constructed with an expenditure of 34,439,698 Afghanis from the endowment budget of the Ministry of MOHIA, and it will be built in three floors with all necessary annexes in a solid and fundamental manner
