The Minister of MOHIA met with a high-ranking delegation from the Religious Affairs Administration of Turkey

The Minister of MOHIA, respected Sheikh al-Hadith Dr. Noor Mohammad Saqib, met at the ministry's headquarters with a delegation headed by Mr. Ansari Yinturk, the foreign relations officer of the Turkish Religious Affairs Administration.
At the beginning of the meeting, the honorable minister welcomed the guests and praised Turkey's position in the Islamic world and the active efforts of its officials. He also referred to the significant achievements of the Turks throughout history, particularly the scientific, intellectual, and civilizational contributions of the Ottoman Caliphate, describing their services as unforgettable for the Islamic community in light of the principles of the Hanafi school of thought.
The honorable minister recalled the deep religious, cultural, and historical ties between Afghanistan and Turkey, stating that both nations follow the Hanafi school of thought and that their relationship has been strengthened based on shared values. He also praised Turkey's efforts regarding the current situation in Afghanistan and emphasized the need to expand and deepen cooperation between the two countries.
Following this, Mr. Ansari Yinturk, the foreign relations officer of Turkey's Religious Affairs Administration, expressed gratitude to the honorable minister for this meeting and conveyed greetings and best wishes from the head of Turkey's Religious Affairs Administration, Dr. Safi Arbaghush.
He further added that Afghanistan and Turkey share extensive and profound commonalities in religious, cultural, historical, and spiritual fields. Despite facing difficult trials and numerous challenges in contemporary history, Afghans have made significant progress in religious, scientific, and social arenas and possess many values from which the world can learn.
Mr. Yinturk also emphasized strengthening joint cooperation in areas such as Hajj, endowments, orphanages, and other sectors. He committed to sharing Turkey's beneficial experiences in these areas with Afghanistan, which was welcomed by the honorable minister, who assured comprehensive cooperation in shared sectors.
