project for the procurement and supply of two (2) items of petrol and diesel fuel for the year 1405

In accordance with Paragraph (2) of Article 43 of the Procurement Law, the public is hereby informed that the Ministry of MOHIA intends to award the project for the procurement and supply of two (2) items of petrol and diesel fuel for the year 1405 to Chakri Petroleum Company, holder of License No. 86902, located at Macrorayan 3, Abdul Haq Intersection, at a total price of AFN 4,765,000 (Four Million Seven Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Afghanis).

Natural and legal persons who have any objection in this regard may submit their written objections, along with supporting reasons, to the Procurement Directorate of the Ministry of MOHIA within seven (7) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice, in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.

This notice does not constitute a contract. No contract shall be concluded until the expiry of the aforementioned period and completion of the subsequent legal procedures.
