د تېرو غونډو په دوام یو ځل بیا د ارشاد، حج او اوقافو وزارت د وزیر مولوي عبدالحکیم منیب، د وزارت مسلکي مرستيال دوکتور امین الدین مظفري، د وزارت رهبري هیأت، د فرضي حج او د مخابراتو وزارت د آسان خدمت ادارې مسؤلینو په ګډون نن غونډه وکړه.
په دغه غونډه کې د ارشاد، حج او اوقافو وزیر مولوي عبدالحکیم منیب د یاد کمیسیون د تېرو کارونو او فعالیتونو په اړه د هغوی خبرې واورېدې او همدارنګه یې د آسان خدمت ادارې له مسؤلینو څخه ددې سیستم په کارونو کې ٪٩٠ سلنه پرمختګ هرکلی وکړ، چې دا سیستم به په نږدې راتلونکي کې بشپړ او ګټې اخیستنې ته و سپارل شي.
