The Ministry of MOHIA invites all eligible candidates to participate in the bidding process (for the project of air transportation of 30,300 pilgrims from Afghanistan to Saudi Arabia and back from Saudi Arabia to Afghanistan for the year 1404). Interested parties are requested to submit their sealed offers in accordance with the conditions outlined in the tender documents and in compliance with the laws and regulations of public procurement of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan within (21) calendar days from the date of the announcement.

The bid guarantee amount is (64,700,000) sixty-four million seven hundred thousand Afghanis as a bank guarantee, and eligibility conditions will be implemented according to the information page for bidders.
