In case of any discrepancies between the bidding documents and this invitation notice, the text of the bidding documents shall be considered authoritative.

The Ministry of MOHIA invites all eligible bidders to participate in the bidding process for the project of constructing a Mihrab in the mosque of the respected Directorate of Technical and Vocational Education for the fiscal year 1404. Interested bidders are requested to submit their sealed bids in accordance with the conditions set out in the bidding documents, and in compliance with the Public Procurement Law and Procedures of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, within 21 calendar days from the date of announcement publication.

During official hours, documents can be obtained via CD or flash drive.

The bid opening date will be conducted according to the instructions outlined in the bidding documents. Late and online bids will not be accepted.

Bid Security Amount: 

AFN 188,900 (One hundred eighty-eight thousand nine hundred Afghanis) in the form of a bank guarantee. Eligibility requirements are as stated in the "Bidder Information" section of the bidding documents.
