Decision to Award Contract: Renovation and Establishment Project for the pilgrims' residence complex in Zone Center for the year 1402

By virtue of clause (2) of Article 43 of the Procurement Law, it is hereby announced to the public that the Ministry of MOHIA intends to award the renovation and establishment project for the pilgrims' residence complex in Zone Center for the fiscal year 1403 to the esteemed company Asia Minur Construction Company, holder of license number (D-37930), located in Fifth Project, Khairkhana, Central Kabul, Kabul, at a total price of 1,997,205 (one million nine hundred ninety-seven thousand two hundred five) Afghanis.

Real and legal persons who have any objections may submit their objections in writing, accompanied by reasons, to the Procurement Directorate of the Ministry of MOHIA within seven calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.

This announcement does not constitute a contract, and until the completion of the abovementioned deadline and through the subsequent legal procedures, the contract will not be concluded.
