The Hajj Rites Committee held a meeting with instructors in Mecca to coordinate and improve services for Afghan pilgrims

Saturday, 26 Dhu al-Qa’dah 1446 AH (June 3, 2025), the meeting focused on providing services during the blessed days of Hajj, transporting pilgrims to the sacred sites (Mashair), performing Hajj rituals, ensuring coordination among officials, and addressing instructional matters.
Participants shared ideas and recommendations on better organizing pilgrims, improving service coordination, and enhancing the role of instructors to help Afghan pilgrims perform the Hajj rituals smoothly and efficiently.
The meeting also emphasized the importance of the organized transfer of pilgrims to the Mashair, providing proper meals in Mina and Arafat, and preparing transport—all areas where instructors and the entire Hajj delegation play a vital role. It was stressed that instructors must work in coordination with the delegation officials to ensure quality services during Hajj.
