Introduction of the Deputy Minister Professional of the Ministry of MOHIA.

According to the decree of Amir al-Mu’minin (may Allah preserve him), Sheikh Zia-ur-Rahman Madani was officially introduced today as the new Deputy Minister Professional of the Ministry of MOHIA during a special session attended by several officials from various departments of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, deputy ministers, heads of central departments, and staff members.

The session began with the recitation of several verses from the Holy Qur’an. Then, Mawlawi Saifuddin Tayeb, Deputy of the General Directorate of Affairs, read the decree of Amir al-Mu’minin appointing Sheikh Zia-ur-Rahman Madani as Deputy Minister Professional of the Ministry and wished him success in his new responsibilities.

After that, Mawlawi Arifullah Arif, Administrative and Financial Deputy Minister of the Ministry of MOHIA gave a speech and congratulated and welcomed Sheikh Zia-ur-Rahman Madani and prayed to Almighty Allah for his success in the new position. Mr. Arif added that the deputyship is a crucial component of the Ministry, responsible for coordinating religious and guidance affairs, as well as managing Hajj and endowment matters, and must take effective steps at the national level for better administration.

Then Sheikh Zia-ur-Rahman Madani, the new Deputy Minister, spoke. He expressed gratitude for the trust of Amir al-Mu’minin (may Allah preserve him) and pledged to fulfill his assigned duties with sincerity, honesty, and capability, and to serve the noble religion of Islam and his fellow citizens.

Several officials of the Islamic Emirate also addressed the session, stating that the Ministry of MOHIA is a key religious institution within the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, managing mosques and pulpits, and playing a vital role in promoting Islamic values, strengthening religious practices, and contributing to the comprehensive reform of society.

The session concluded with a prayer.
