Invitation for participation in the volunteer project of drilling a deep well in the Hajj Zone Mazar Complex for the year 1403
The Ministry of MOHIA invites all qualified volunteers to participate in the volunteer process (drilling a deep well project in the Hajj Zone Mazar Complex for the year 1403). Interested parties are requested to submit their bids and proposals in accordance with the terms and conditions of the tender document, as per the laws and procedures of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, from the date of announcement until (21) calendar days.
The tender document can be obtained from the following address:
Procurement Directorate, Ministry of MOHIA, (Shahrnow, Chaharahi Asmat Masleem Former Hajj Directorate Office) during official working hours, through CD, flash drive at the time of bid opening according to the guidelines provided to the bidders. Late and online bids will not be accepted.
Bid guarantee amount is (50,000) fifty thousand Afghanis in the form of a bank guarantee, and eligibility conditions are as per the information page of the bidding documents.
Note: If there is any discrepancy between the tender document and the invitation announcement, the tender document shall prevail
