The Minister of MOHIA met and discussed with scholars from various provinces of the country in their office.

Sheikh al-Hadith, Dr. Noor Muhammad Saqib, the Minister of MOHIA , today met with esteemed scholars from both Shia and Sunni communities in separate sessions at his office. This included teachers from the Jihad School of Kapisa Province, esteemed members of the Provincial Council, and Shia scholars from Bamyan Province under the leadership of Professor Mohammad Akbari.
Initially, the Minister of MOHIA delivered a speech and stated: "Esteemed scholars are symbols of knowledge and reform in society and play a very important role in the unity and solidarity of the community. They guide and enlighten people in the light of the principles and rulings of religion and encourage them to learn religious matters."
Mr.Saqib said: "Scholars strive to strengthen good values and eliminate incorrect beliefs in society, inviting people to principles of brotherhood, honesty, and respect."
Mr. Saqib added that the Ministry of MOHIA is taking serious measures regarding the repair and construction of mosques, husseiniyahs, and khanqahs. He stated that they are working to formalize mosques and places of worship that have not yet been officially recognized. He emphasized the need to support positions for speakers, imams, muezzins, and servants so they can effectively contribute to strengthening religious and moral values.
Following this, the scholars from Kapisa and Bamyan provinces expressed their gratitude during their speeches for the activities of various sections of the Ministry of Guidance, Hajj, and Religious Endowments.
The mentioned scholars stated that the construction and repair of mosques and places of worship, as well as the increase in positions for scholars, are important steps in providing religious services.
At the end of this meeting, the Minister of MOHIA promised the attending scholars any kind of cooperation and assured them that the Islamic Emirate fully supports esteemed scholars in strengthening religious and scientific activities.
The session concluded with a prayer for blessings.
