preliminary Meeting Held to Prepare for the Launch of the Quran Translation and Tafseer Program Nationwide

A preliminary meeting regarding the initiation of the Quran translation and Tafseer program for the months of Sha'ban al-Mu'azzam and Ramadan al-Mubarak of the year 1446 was held in all major military centers across the country, under the leadership of Sheikh al-Hadith, Dr. Noor Mohammad Saqib, the Minister of MOHIA.

The meeting was attended by deputy ministers, heads of departments of the Ministry, and respected scholars. At the beginning of the meeting, the Minister of MOHIA provided guidance and comprehensive recommendations on how to select locations in major military centers and the introduction of esteemed scholars to the participants.

Mr. Saqib added that, in hundreds of major military centers across the country, in accordance with the guidance of the leadership of the Islamic Emirate and under the supervision of the Ministry of MOHIA, translation and Tafseer courses for tens of thousands of Mujahideen will be held. These courses will begin from the first of Sha'ban al-Mu'azzam and continue until the 25th of Ramadan al-Mubarak.

The Minister of MOHIA considers these courses for the Mujahideen and military officials of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in military centers to be very important and necessary. He emphasized that the list of scholars and esteemed religious leaders who have been selected for these courses will soon be shared with all relevant organizations so that this program can be successfully launched with full coordination.

Additionally, there was a discussion about introducing these prominent scholars to the National Radio and Television, so that these esteemed scholars can present the translation and Tafseer of the Quran live in Pashto and Dari languages to the Muslim and Mujahid people of Afghanistan.
