project for the procurement and provision of 67 types of printer toners and photocopy machine supplies for the fiscal year 1404

According to paragraph 2 of Article 43 of the Procurement Law, it is hereby announced to the public that the Ministry of MOHIA intends to award the project for the procurement and provision of 67 types of printer toners and photocopy machine supplies for the fiscal year 1404 to the commercial and logistics company named "Zabiullah Laghmani," holding license number (154088), located in the Sadarat Square area of Kabul city, at a total value of 900,000 Afghanis.

Any natural or legal persons who have any objections in this regard may submit their written objections, along with necessary justifications, to the Procurement Directorate of the Ministry of MOHIA within seven (7) calendar days from the date of this announcement, in accordance with Article 50 of the Procurement Law.

Note: This announcement does not constitute the signing of the contract. The contract will not be signed until the aforementioned period is completed and all legal procedures are finalized.
