Construction of a mosque mihrab at the National Environmental Protection Agency

The Ministry of MOHIA invites all eligible bidders to participate in the bidding process for the project (Construction of a mosque mihrab at the National Environmental Protection Agency) and to submit their sealed bids in accordance with the terms and conditions of the bidding document, and in compliance with the Procurement Law and Procedures of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, within 21 calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement.

The bidding documents can be obtained from the following address:
Procurement Directorate, Ministry of Hajj and Religious Affairs, (Shahr-e-Naw, Kocha-e Etisalat, Fayz Mohammad Khan Intersection), during official working hours, through CD or flash drive.
The bid opening time shall be in accordance with the instructions stated in the bidding document. Late or electronic submissions will not be accepted.

Bid security in the amount of AFN 122,704 (One Hundred Twenty-Two Thousand Seven Hundred Four Afghanis) must be provided in the form of a bank guarantee, and eligibility requirements shall be as stated in the bidding information sheet.

Note: In case of any discrepancy between the bidding document and this invitation announcement, the bidding document shall prevail
