procurement of 307 types of spare parts and lubricants required for the ministry’s vehicles and generators for the fiscal year 1404

In accordance with paragraph (2) of Article 43 of the Procurement Law, it is hereby announced to the public that the Ministry of MOHIA intends to award the project for the procurement of 307 types of spare parts and lubricants required for the ministry’s vehicles and generators for the fiscal year 1404 to Vida Wira Logistics Services, holding license number (68699), located in Qala-e-Musa, District 10, Kabul city, Kabul province, at a total price of (4,067,097) four million sixty-seven thousand and ninety-seven Afghanis.

Any natural or legal persons who have any objections regarding this matter may submit their written objections along with valid reasons to the Procurement Directorate of the Ministry of MOHIA within seven calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement, in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.

This notice does not constitute a contract, and the contract will not be concluded until the above-mentioned period is completed and all legal procedures are fulfilled.
