The Ministry of MOHIA invites all eligible bidders to participate in the bidding process for the project of procurement and supply of 25,000 kilograms of liquefied gas required by the central departments of the Ministry for winter heating for the year 1404. Interested bidders are requested to submit their sealed offers in accordance with the terms and conditions of the bidding document, and in compliance with the Public Procurement Law and Procedures of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, within 21 calendar days from the date of this announcement.

During official hours, the documents can be obtained via CD or flash drive.

The opening date of offers will be conducted as per the instructions outlined in the bidding document. Late submissions and online offers will not be accepted.

Bid Guarantee: 

An amount of AFN 45,000 (forty-five thousand Afghanis) in the form of a bank guarantee is required. Eligibility conditions are as specified in the "Bidder Information" section of the bidding documents.

Note : In case of any discrepancy between the content of the bidding document and this invitation notice, the text in the bidding document shall prevail.
