project for the Procurement and Supply of 31 Items of Stationery for the Fiscal Year 1405

In accordance with Paragraph (2) of Article 43 of the Procurement Law, the public is hereby informed that the Ministry of MOHIA Affairs intends to award the project for the Procurement and Supply of 31 Items of Stationery for the Fiscal Year 1405 to Erfan Haqyar Logistics Services Company, holder of License No. 79282, located at Gulbahar Towers, District 16, Kabul Center, at a total price of AFN 1,140,145 (One Million One Hundred Forty Thousand One Hundred Forty-Five Afghanis).

Individuals and legal entities who have any objections regarding this matter may submit their objections in writing, together with supporting reasons, to the Procurement Directorate of the Ministry of MOHIA within seven calendar days from the date of publication of this notice, in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.

This notice does not constitute a contract. No contract shall be concluded until the aforementioned period has expired and the subsequent legal procedures have been completed.
