The Ministry of MOHIA invites all eligible applicants to participate in the tender process for the reconstruction project of 25 Mosques in various districts of Kabul city for the year (1403). Interested parties are requested to submit their sealed bids in accordance with the conditions outlined in the tender document, following the laws and regulations of public procurement of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, starting from the date of publication of this announcement until (21) calendar days.

Procurement Department, Ministry of MOHIA Affairs (Shahr-e-Naw, Chaharahi Asmat Muslim, former Hajj Directorate building) during official hours. The document can be acquired via CD or flash drive. The opening of bids will be conducted according to the instructions provided to the applicants in the tender document. Late submissions and internet bids will not be accepted. A bid guarantee amounting to (000/198) one hundred ninety-eight thousand Afghanis is required in the form of a bank guarantee, along with eligibility conditions as outlined in the tender information page.
