Procurement of 16 Toyota Fielder Vehicles for the Year 1404

The Ministry of MOHIA invites all eligible bidders to participate in the Bidding process for the “Procurement of 16 Toyota Fielder Vehicles for the Year 1404” project. Interested bidders are requested to submit their sealed bids in accordance with the terms of the bidding document, the Public Procurement Law and Procedure of the Islamic Emirate, within 21 calendar days from the date of this announcement.

Address for obtaining the bidding document: 

Procurement Directorate, Ministry of MOHIA (Shahr-e-Naw, Etisalat Street, Faiz Mohammad Khan Square). Documents can be obtained during official working hours via CD or flash drive.

The date of bid opening and other details will be communicated to the bidders as per the instruction page of the bidding document. Late submissions and online bids will not be accepted.

Bid Security: 

A bank guarantee of 370,000 Afghanis, and eligibility requirements are stated in the bid information page

In case of any discrepancy between the bidding invitation announcement and the text of the bidding document, the text of the bidding document shall prevail.
