The Grand Central Mosque of the Village of Dowlatzai, Bagrami District, Kabul Province, was inaugurated

In the village of Dowlatzai, Qala-e-Hassan Khan Sufla, Bagrami district, a large and central mosque, named Masjid al-Noor, has been constructed and was officially opened today during a grand ceremony, welcoming worshippers.
At the opening ceremony of the mosque, Sheikh al-Hadith, Dr. Noor Mohammad Saqib, Minister of MOHIA, Mawlawi Mohammad Nabi Omari, First Deputy Minister of Interior, Aminullah Obaid, Governor of Kabul Province, Deputies of the Ministry of MOHIA Mawlawi Arifullah Arif, Sheikh Mawlawi Azizur Rahman Mansoor, Sheikh al-Hadith Zarmohammad Haqqani, and other prominent scholars, dignitaries, and tribal leaders from the village of Dowlatzai were present.
The ceremony began with the recitation of several verses from the Holy Quran, followed by Mawlawi Mohammad Ashraf Haqqani, the Head of the Department of Mosques, and Husseinias, who welcomed the guests and provided detailed information about the mosque.
Following that, Sheikh al-Hadith Dr. Noor Mohammad Saqib, the Minister of MOHIA, gave an elaborate speech about the virtue of mosques, the importance of their construction in society, and highlighted the significance of mosques based on the teachings of the Holy Quran and Hadith.
Mr. Saqib said, "This mosque is not only for one tribe but belongs to all the people of this area, where they can worship. Everyone should strive to keep this mosque flourishing with worship and devotion to Allah."
Mr. Saqib added that the Ministry of MOHIA is working on the construction, renovation, and equipping of mosques across all provinces, districts, and remote areas of the country. The construction of several large mosques has been completed, and work on others is ongoing.
He expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the individuals who assisted in the construction of this mosque.
Then, Aminullah Obaid, the Governor of Kabul, Sheikh Azizur Rahman Mansoor, Sheikh Azizullah Darwish, Sheikh Naqibullah, and a representative of the local elders spoke in detail about the importance of the construction, restoration, and maintenance of mosques, worship, and education in them. They emphasized that mosques are places of worship and religious education, and everyone should be involved in their construction and protection. They also stated that this mosque is one of the largest mosques in the region, and it should be used effectively to spread religious knowledge.
It is noteworthy that this mosque, covering an area of 1,250 square meters, was built at a cost of 42,024,931 Afghanis, in three floors, in a solid and robust manner. It is fully equipped with essential facilities, including a wudu area, toilets, the Imam's residence, and other amenities, with a capacity to accommodate more than 2,200 worshippers at one time
