The Minister of MOHIA inaugurated a mosque in the premises of the Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled.

Under the esteemed guidance of the Amirul Momnien (may Allah protect him), the Ministry of MOHIA has constructed a mosque with a solid and fundamental structure within the premises of the Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled, which was inaugurated today in a ceremony by the Minister of MOHIA for the worshippers.
At the inauguration ceremony of this mosque, Sheikh al-Hadith Dr. Noor Muhammad Saqib, the Minister of MOHIA; the deputies of the Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled Persons; Sheikh Abdul Hakim Haqqani; respected Mullah Abdul Razak Akhund; several heads of the central offices of the Ministry of MOHIA; and officials from the Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled Persons were present.
The ceremony began with the recitation of several verses from the Holy Quran. Initially, Mawlawi Muhammad Ashraf Haqqani, the General Director of Mosques and Hussainiyas, spoke and shared details about the construction of this mosque.
Then, the Minister of MOHIA delivered his scholarly and knowledgeable speech. He emphasized the importance and necessity of constructing, renovating, cleaning, and managing mosques. He also mentioned that the first leadership in prayer was conducted by Prophet Gabriel (peace be upon him), and thereafter, the Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) fulfilled this sacred duty until the end of his blessed life. He added that leading prayer is a significant and noble responsibility that requires special attention.
Mr. Saqib continued by stating that the Ministry of MOHIA, in addition to constructing multiple mosques across the country, has plans for building mosques in ministries and governmental institutions from endowment budgets, and today’s inauguration of the mosque within the premises of the Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled is one of these initiatives.
During this ceremony, Sheikh Abdul Hakim Haqqani, Deputy Minister of Martyrs and Disabled, delivered a speech. He welcomed the Minister of MOHIA and expressed gratitude for the construction of this mosque, which has provided a space for worship, unity, and strengthening Islamic values.
He added that the primary and fundamental purpose of mosques is to worship Allah and to teach religious rulings to His servants. He also noted that the construction of this mosque was one of the needs of the Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled that has been accomplished by the grace of Allah
