بدینوسیله به تأسی از فقره (2) ماده چهل و سوم قانون تدارکات به اطلاع عموم رسانیده میشود،وزارت ارشاد، حج و اوقاف در نظر دارد تا پروژه اعمار و ترمیم مجتمع حجاج زون شمالی بابت سال مالی 1402 هـ شخویش را به شرکت محترم گروپ کمپنی های مهزاد دروازی دارنده جواز نمبر (64304) واقع در شهرجدید، مرکزبدخشان- فیض آباد، بدخشان. به قیمت مجموعی مبلغ (5,136,315.8) پنج میلیون یک صدو سی وشش هزار سه صدو پانزده اعشاریه هشت افغانی اعطاء نماید.

اشخاص حقیقی و حکمی که هر گونه اعتراض در زمینه داشته باشند، میتوانند اعتراض خویش را از تاریخ نشر اعلان الی هفت روز تقویمی طور کتبی توأم با دلایل آن به ریاست تدارکات وزارت ارشاد، حج و اوقاف وفق احکام ماده پنجاهم قانون تدارکات ارائه نمایند.

این اطلاعیه به معنی عقد قرارداد نبوده و الی تکمیل میعاد فوق الذکر و طی مراحل قانونی بعدی، قرارداد منعقد نخواهد شد.
