Contract award for the completion of the remaining construction project of the Grand Mosque in the city of Taluqan, province

By virtue of paragraph (2) of Article 43 of the Procurement Law, it is hereby announced to the public that the Ministry of MOHIA intends to award the remaining construction project of the Mosque in the city of Taluqan, Takhar Province, to the esteemed construction company, Atighullah Habibi, holder of license number (D-58173), located in Khair Khana Sarkotul district, Kabul at a total price of (6,870,290) six million eight hundred seventy thousand and two hundred ninety Afghanis.

Real and legal persons who have any objections may submit their objections in writing along with their reasons to the Procurement Directorate of the Ministry of Guidance, Hajj, and Endowments within seven calendar days from the date of this announcement, in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.

This announcement does not constitute a contract and until the completion of the above-mentioned period and the completion of the next legal procedures, the contract will not be concluded
