Notice Regarding the Procurement of Prayer Rugs for Mosques in the Fiscal Year 1403

In accordance with paragraph (2) of Article 43 of the Procurement Law, it is hereby announced to the public that the Ministry of MOHIA intends to award the project for the procurement of 26,881 square meters of carpet prayer rugs, required for mosques in the fiscal year 1403, to the esteemed company Atiqullah Hussain Khil Limited, holder of license number (1010-5585), located opposite Pul Khishti Mosque, in Kabul. The total contract value is 18,144,675 Afghanis (eighteen million one hundred forty-four thousand six hundred seventy-five Afghanis).
Any individuals or legal entities who have objections regarding this matter may submit their written objections, along with supporting evidence, to the Procurement Department of the Ministry of MOHIA within seven calendar days from the date of this announcement, in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.
This notice does not constitute a contract, and the contract will not be finalized until the expiration of the aforementioned period and completion of the subsequent legal procedures.
