In accordance with Clause (2) of Article 43 of the Procurement Law, it is hereby announced to the public that the Ministry of MOHIA intends to award the project for the procurement of 25,000 kilograms of liquefied gas for heating the offices of the central departments of the Ministry for the winter season of fiscal year 1404 Hijri Solar, to Babrak Amiri Trading Company, holder of license number (      0101-1923       ), located at 2nd Street, Lab-e-Jar, Khairkhana, Danesh Alley, Kabul Center, Kabul, at a total cost of 1,412,500 AFN (One million four hundred twelve thousand five hundred Afghanis).

Individuals or legal entities who have any objections may submit their written objections along with supporting evidence to the Procurement Directorate of the Ministry of  MOHIA within seven calendar days from the date of publication of this notice, in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.

This notice does not constitute a contract, and no contract will be concluded until the expiration of the aforementioned period and completion of subsequent legal procedures.
