On Saturday, 3rd Dhul-Hijjah 1446 AH corresponding to 10th Jawza 1404 SH

Sheikh al-Hadith Dr. Noor Mohammad Saqib, the Minister of MOHIA of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, departed for Saudi Arabia .The purpose of his visit is to oversee and evaluate the ongoing Hajj process for the year 1446 AH, participate in the major international conference of Hajj Ministers from Islamic countries held in Jeddah, and engage in meetings with high-ranking Saudi officials.

During this trip, Minister Saqib plans to visit Afghan Hajj delegations' operational committees, assess accommodation, nutrition, transportation, health services, and the guidance process for pilgrims. The goal is to ensure that Afghan pilgrims receive effective, organized, and high-quality services.

This visit coincides with the presence of 30,000 Afghan pilgrims in the holy city of Mecca, with staff from the Ministry of Guidance, Hajj, and Endowments, along with dedicated working teams, striving around the clock in Mecca and Medina to provide exemplary services to Afghan pilgrims.

Minister Saqib is also scheduled to hold official meetings with officials from the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, as well as other departments and companies involved in Hajj affairs. These meetings aim to facilitate the Hajj process, enhance services for pilgrims, expedite coordination, and establish foundational agreements for future years.

A significant aspect of this journey is Minister Saqib's participation in the major international conference of Hajj and Endowments Ministers from Islamic countries in Jeddah. The conference focuses on improving Hajj management, exchanging experiences among countries, and coordinating services for pilgrims.

The Ministry of MOHIA is committed to providing Afghan pilgrims with a peaceful, secure, and spiritually enriching environment through effective management, active oversight, and systematic planning.

This trip by Minister Saqib underscores the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan's leadership's special attention to the Hajj process, aiming to ensure better services for the country's pilgrims.
