په دې توګه د تدارکاتو قانون د درې څلویښتمی مادې د (۲) فقرې پر بنسټ ټولو ته خبر ورکول کیږي چې ( د ارشاد، حج او اوقافو وزارت ) په پام کې لري چې ( پروژه تهیه و تدارک دو قلم تیل (پطرول و دیزل) مورد ضرورت ربع اول و دوم سال مالی 1403) تړون د( شرکت دولتی نفت و گاز افغانستان) د جواز نمبر (79955) شرکت ته د (3,747,600) دری میلیون وسوه وڅلویښت زره اښپږ سوه افغانی) په ارزښت ورکړي.

حقیقي او حکمي کسان چی په دې برخه کې هر ډول نیوکې( اعتراضونه) ولري، کولای شي چې خپله نیوکه د دې خبرتیا د خپریدو له نیټې څخه تر اووه تقویمي ورځو پورې په لیکلي ډول د هغو دقیقودلایلو سره چې یې لري یو څای د تدارکاتو ریاست ته د تدارکاتو د قانون د پنځوسمې مادې د حکمونو سره سم د ارشاد، حج او اوقافو وزارت ته وړاندې کړي

دا خبرتیا د تړون د عقد په مانا نه ده او د پورته یادې شوې مودې او ورپسې قانوني پړاونو تر بشپړیدو پورې به تړون عقد نه شي
