project for the construction of a religious building in Logar Province, including its annexes for the fiscal year 1404

Pursuant to Clause (2) of Article Forty-Three of the Procurement Law, it is hereby publicly announced that the Ministry of MOHIA intends to award the project for the construction of a religious building in Logar Province, including its annexes for the fiscal year 1404 (Solar Hijri), to Roodat Mihan Construction Company, holding license number (D-02-1709), located at Talashi Square, Jalalabad City, Nangarhar Province, at a total contract value of (34,493,698) thirty-four million, four hundred ninety-three thousand, six hundred ninety-eight Afghanis.

Any natural or legal persons who may have objections in this regard can submit their written objections, along with supporting evidence, to the Procurement Directorate of the Ministry of Guidance, Hajj, and Endowments within seven calendar days from the date of this announcement, in accordance with Article Fifty of the Procurement Law.

This announcement does not constitute a contract, and no contract shall be signed until the expiration of the above-mentioned period and the completion of further legal procedures.
