Project for the Supply and Procurement of 1,087 Items of Spare Parts for Vehicles and Generators for the Year 1405

The Ministry of  MOHIA  invites all eligible and qualified bidders to participate in the tender process for the Project for the Supply and Procurement of 1,087 Items of Spare Parts for Vehicles and Generators for the  Year 1405.

Interested bidders are invited to submit their sealed bids in accordance with the requirements set forth in the bidding documents and in compliance with the Public Procurement Law and Procurement Procedures of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan. Sealed bids must be submitted within 21 calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement.

The bidding documents may be collected during official working hours on a CD or USB flash drive. The bid opening session shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions set forth in the Instructions to Bidders contained in the bidding documents. Late bids or bids submitted electronically via the Internet will not be accepted.

Note: In the event of any discrepancy between the text of the bidding documents and this Invitation to Bid, the text of the bidding documents shall prevail.
