procurement and provision of 54 items of printed and non-printed stationery for the year 1404

Pursuant to Paragraph (2) of Article Forty-Three of the Procurement Law, it is hereby announced to the public that the Ministry of MOHIA intends to award the project for the procurement and provision of 54 items of printed and non-printed stationery for the year 1404 to Almas Habib Logistics and Construction Company, holding license number (63555), located at Ahmadzai Plaza Center, Maidan Shahr, Maidan Wardak Province, at a total contract amount of 1,689,010 AFN (one million six hundred eighty-nine thousand and ten Afghanis).

Individuals or legal entities who have any complaints or objections regarding this matter may submit their written objections, along with supporting reasons, to the Procurement Directorate of the Ministry of Guidance, Hajj, and Endowments within seven calendar days from the date of publication of this notice, in accordance with Article Fifty of the Procurement Law.

This notice does not constitute a contract, and the contract will not be signed until the expiration of the mentioned period and the completion of further legal procedures
