In accordance with Paragraph (2) of Article Forty-Three of the Procurement Law, it is hereby publicly announced that the Ministry of MOHIA intends to award the project for the construction of a Mosque  at the honored mosque within the Bibi Mehro Complex of the General Directorate of Intelligence for the year 1404 to Al-Muslim Construction Company, holding license number (D-23891), located at Room 408, 5th Floor, Faisal Nisar Tower, 40-Meter Road, Jadah, Kabul City, Kabul.*

The total contract value is (8,961,858.40) eight million nine hundred sixty-one thousand eight hundred fifty-eight point forty Afghanis.

Any natural or legal person who has any objection in this regard may submit their written objection along with justifications to the Procurement Directorate of the Ministry of Guidance, Hajj and Endowments within seven calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement, in accordance with Article Fifty of the Procurement Law.

Note: This notice does not constitute a contract award, and the contract shall not be concluded until the aforementioned period is completed and legal procedures are fulfilled.
