In accordance with Clause (2) of Article Forty-Three of the Procurement Law, it is hereby announced to the public that the Ministry of MOHIA intends to award the project for the procurement of sixteen (16) Toyota Fielder vehicles for the year 1404 Hijri Solar to Sabet Hazratzada Trading Company, holding license number (63439), located in Taimani, District 10, Kabul, at a total cost of (10,760,000) ten million seven hundred sixty thousand Afghanis.
Any natural or legal person who has any objection in this regard may submit their written objection along with supporting reasons to the Procurement Directorate of the Ministry of Guidance, Hajj, and Endowments within seven calendar days from the date of this announcement, in accordance with the provisions of Article (59) of the Procurement Law.
This notice does not constitute a contract, and no contract will be concluded until the mentioned deadline is completed and the subsequent legal procedures are fulfilled.
