The Ministry of MOHIA invites all investors and eligible individuals who are interested in investment to participate in a long-term project (15 to 20 years) for the development of the endowed land, measuring 6000 square meters and known as Markeyt Lelami, located at the intersection of the third district in Mazar-e-Sharif city, Balkh province. The interested parties are required to submit their proposals to the General Directorate of Endowments, located at Dentith Road, 10th District, Kabul, within 30 days from the date of this announcement. The long-term contract should meet the following conditions:
A - Submission of a comprehensive, clear, and concise plan about the project's objectives, such as the construction plans for the mentioned land, considering the conditions and capital involved.
B - The plan should include maps, designs, and appropriate nomenclature and should not be copied from other companies. The technical, architectural, and engineering designs and initial estimates with unit prices should be provided in the plan. The prices provided should be realistic and in line with the current market rates.
C - The map should comply with the city plan of Mazar-e-Sharif.
D - The plan should clearly specify the amount of rent or lease during the contract period (15 to 20 years).
E - All expenses related to preparing the plan, maps, designs, initial estimates, and other related expenses should be borne by the plan submitter.
F - Special expenses and map control after its selection will be the responsibility of the plan owner.
G - The Ministry of MOHIA has the right to choose the plans freely.
H - Islamic miniatures and Afghan style should be reflected in the map and design.
I - The plan should encompass all modern-day necessities such as mosques, baths, parking spaces, and other essential requirements for a commercial market. Address:
