Minister of MOHIA Participates in Major "Nadwat al-Hajj al-Kubra" Conference in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Sheikh al-Hadith Dr. Noor Mohammad Saqib, Minister of MOHIA of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan and Head of the Afghan Hajj Delegation in Saudi Arabia, attended the 49th global conference titled "Nadwat al-Hajj al-Kubra" in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, following an official invitation from the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.
The conference brought together leaders of Islamic organizations, renowned scholars, and scientists from the Islamic world, including the Saudi Minister of Hajj and Umrah, ministers of Hajj from Islamic countries, and several high-ranking officials of the Saudi government.
Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan al-Rabiah, the Saudi Minister of Hajj and Umrah, inaugurated the conference, emphasizing that the services provided by the King of Saudi Arabia to pilgrims are not only services but also a historical honor and part of the revival of Islamic history.
Prince Faisal bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, advisor to the King of Saudi Arabia, also addressed the gathering, stating that serving pilgrims is a great honor and a significant commitment from the King of Saudi Arabia.
He added that serving pilgrims is a symbol of the Saudi government's overall identity, ensuring that all aspects related to performing Hajj rituals are fully provided for pilgrims.
He further mentioned that this conference was organized to better prepare for the Hajj season, discuss the expansion of the concept of "Istita'ah" (capability), and provide these services more broadly and in a coordinated manner.
It is noteworthy that this major international conference is held annually during the Hajj season in Saudi Arabia, inviting ministers of Hajj, officials, and scholars from Islamic countries.
The main objective of this conference is to examine the religious and jurisprudential issues related to Hajj and to adhere to the established laws and regulations to provide a suitable environment and more facilities for pilgrims to perform Hajj rituals
