بدینوسیله به تأسی از فقره (2) ماده چهل و سوم قانون تدارکات به اطلاع عموم رسانیده میشود،وزارت ارشاد، حج و اوقاف در نظر دارد تا( پروژه تهیه و تدارک 33 قلم خوراکه باب مورد ضرورت پروسه حج سال 1402) مورد ضرورت پروسه حج سال1444هـ ق) خویش را به تاج محمودی زراعتی او مالداری شرکت درنده جواز نمبر(53852) زورقول اردو اوله ناحیه دهمه کوڅه اول نمبر کور مرکز کندهار کندهار به قیمت مجموعی 6,746,960)) شش میلیون و هفتصد و چهل و شش هزار و نه صد و شصت افغانیا عطاء نماید.

اشخاص حقیقی و حکمی که هر گونه اعتراض در زمینه داشته باشند، میتوانند اعتراض خویش را از تاریخ نشر اعلان الی هفت روز تقویمی طور کتبی توأم با دلایل آن به ریاست تدارکات وزارت ارشاد، حج و اوقاف وفق احکام ماده پنجاهم قانون تدارکات ارائه نمایند.

این اطلاعیه به معنی عقد قرارداد نبوده و الی تکمیل میعاد فوق الذکر و طی مراحل قانونی بعدی، قرارداد منعقد نخواهد شد
