A special administrative meeting of the Afghanistan Hajj Mission was held under the supervision of the Minister of MOHIA in Mecca

A special administrative meeting of the Afghan Hajj Mission was held in Mecca under the leadership of Sheikh al-Hadith Dr. Noor Mohammad Saqib, Minister of MOHIA of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan and General Head of the Hajj Delegation in Saudi Arabia. The meeting commenced with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran. Minister Saqib expressed satisfaction with the arrangements made for the 30,000 Afghan pilgrims, including their accommodation, meals, transportation, health services, and guidance on Hajj rituals. He listened to reports from the heads of various working committees and positively assessed their activities based on existing contracts. He also provided necessary instructions and recommendations regarding the transportation of pilgrims to the holy sites of Mina, Arafat, and Muzdalifah.
Minister Saqib emphasized that with only a few days remaining before the commencement of Hajj rituals, all committee officials must diligently perform their duties. He stressed the importance of full coordination with Hajj teachers and school representatives to ensure organized transportation to the holy sites, proper instruction on Hajj rituals, provision of three meals daily, and adequate health services
During the session, all committee heads expressed gratitude for the minister's valuable guidance and assured their complete readiness and coordination among the committees responsible for food, rituals, missing persons, publications, health, foreign relations, and transportation. They committed to providing Afghan pilgrims with a peaceful and secure environment to perform their Hajj rituals. The meeting concluded with a prayer for success and blessings.
