MOHIA Announcement
The Higher Institute of Qira’at of the Ministry MOHIA, which is the first official authority in Afghanistan authorized to grant specialization in the Seven and Ten Qira’at (Qira’at Sab‘a and ‘Ashara), announces admission for the seventh academic year (1405) through a specialized entrance examination.
Graduates of grade twelve (from madrasas, schools, and officially recognized Darul-Huffaz) who meet the following conditions are eligible to apply:
Admission Requirements:
- The applicant must have memorized the entire Holy Qur’an (Hafiz).
- The applicant must possess a grade twelve graduation certificate.
- The applicant must not be over 30 years of age.
- At the time of registration, the applicant must present their national ID (Tazkira) along with a copy.
- The applicant must bring six passport-size (3/4) photographs at the time of registration.
Features of the Higher Institute of Qira’at:
- Semi-higher education completely free of charge.
- Curriculum approved by the Ministry of Education.
- Instruction using a projector and sound system for Qira’at practice and exercises.
- Practical and applied training in computer skills and the English language.
- Experienced instructors in accordance with the standards of the Ministry of Education.
- A fully suitable and academic environment.
- Issuance of a grade fourteen graduation certificate endorsed by the Ministry of Education.
- Eligibility to enroll in the third year of the Faculty of Sharia after passing the specialized examination.
