Contract for Providing Services to Pilgrims for the Year 1447 AH in Holy Sites Signed with Saudi Companies "Duyuf Al-Bayt" and "Rawaf Minna" and a Hospital

The Ministry of MOHIA of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan signed contracts with renowned service companies from Saudi Arabia to provide better, organized, and standardized services to pilgrims for the year 1447 AH in Mecca, Medina, and the holy sites (Mina, Arafat, and Muzdalifah).
These contracts were signed in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, during the International Hajj and Umrah Services Conference and Exhibition, where both Hajj Consuls from Mecca and Medina, along with several other administrative officials representing the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, participated. The signing was conducted by the Hajj Consul of Mecca, Mawlawi Abdul Baqi Sajjad, with Dr. Osama Abu Al-Ala, Executive Chairman of "Duyuf Al-Bayt," and Dr. Zahir Abdul Hamid, Chairman of "Rawaf Minna."
According to these contracts, the mentioned companies, which have decades of experience in providing Hajj services and whose activities have been positively evaluated by the relevant authorities in Saudi Arabia, are obliged to provide transportation services, tents, accommodation, food, and other necessary facilities to Afghan pilgrims during the days of Hajj in the holy sites.
Additionally, in order to better monitor the health status of the pilgrims and provide quality health services according to professional standards, a special contract was also signed with Dr. Jassar Al-Subaie, head of the "Makkah Medical Center" hospital.
Under this contract, the aforementioned hospital will be responsible for overseeing the medical services of the ministry's delegation and the health teams sent. In case of necessity, its specialists and technical staff will collaborate with the doctors dispatched by the ministry in treating Afghan pilgrims
