Meeting of the Minister of MOHIA with Senior Officials of Religious Affairs from Turkey.
Sheikh al-Hadith, Dr. Mufti Noor Mohammad Saqib, the Minister of MOHIA, met in his office with Mr. Salim Argun, Deputy Head of the Religious Affairs Administration of Turkey, and his accompanying delegation.
At the outset, the Minister welcomed the guests and added that the presence of scholars and senior officials from Turkey reflects the enduring and close relations with the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan. Mr. Saqib also mentioned his recent visit to Turkey and noted that Turkey plays a prominent role and holds significant value among the countries of the Islamic world, exemplified by the convening of the consultative conference of Islamic scholars in Istanbul.
He urged Islamic countries to make joint efforts regarding unity and solving the problems of Muslims.
Following this, the Deputy Head of Turkey's Religious Affairs praised the recent progress and achievements of the Islamic Emirate in Afghanistan, stating that both countries share similarities in religious, cultural, and religious matters. He emphasized that to further strengthen and develop these relations, representatives from both countries should engage in more friendly interactions and meetings. He added that all Islamic countries, including Turkey, should continue their cooperation with the Islamic Emirate in various fields.
The Minister of MOHI expressed gratitude for the positive views of the guests regarding Afghanistan and stated: "Praise be to Allah, an Islamic and Sharia-based system has been established in Afghanistan," urging Islamic countries, especially Turkey, to continue their positive and lasting relations with the Islamic Emirate even more than before
