"Sheikh Al-Hadith Dr. Maulavi Noor Muhammad Saqib, the Minister of MOHIA, met and had a conversation with Mr. Sayed Hassan Mortazavi, the Deputy of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Kabul, at his office to strengthen the religious and cultural relations between the two countries. At the beginning, the Minister of MOHIA welcomed Mr. Sayed Hassan Mortazavi, stating: "Iran is our friendly neighbor with whom we have close and shared relations in many areas, beyond religious matters. It is necessary to further develop and strengthen these relations." Sheikh Al-Hadith Dr. Noor Muhammad Saqib added: "Fortunately, good coordination has been established in the relations between the two countries. Let us strive to further develop and expand these relations to mutually share our experiences in various fields." Mr. Saqib said: "All Islamic countries, especially regional and neighboring countries, need more unity and brotherhood in this era, and a good example of that is the positive relationship between Afghanistan and Iran." Then, the Deputy Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Kabul stated: "Both Afghanistan and Iran are Islamic countries with a long history of relations. Therefore, it is necessary to enhance cooperation to strengthen these relations together." He further added: "The Islamic Republic of Iran has always stood by the people of Afghanistan, and Iran is not a safe haven for the opponents of Afghanistan." He also mentioned that necessary facilities have been provided for Afghan migrants residing in Iran in all religious and cultural matters. At the end of the meeting, Mr. Mortazavi officially invited Sheikh Al-Hadith Dr. Maulavi Noor Muhammad Saqib to participate in the 37th International Unity Conference in Iran
