This event marked the successful conclusion of the 1446 AH Hajj season and was attended by ministers and officials from various Islamic countries.

During the ceremony, Saudi Minister of Hajj and Umrah Dr. Tawfiq Al-Rabiah commended the effective coordination and dedication of Hajj delegations from participating countries, highlighting their roles in ensuring the safety and comfort of pilgrims. He emphasized that the achievements of this year's Hajj season were the result of combined efforts by all sectors and agencies working to serve pilgrims, and that the cooperation of Hajj affairs offices played a significant role in this success.

Dr. Al-Rabiah also expressed appreciation for the Afghan Hajj delegation's efforts in promptly addressing pilgrims' needs and maintaining effective organization throughout the Hajj rituals. He acknowledged the services provided by Saudi Arabia, including security measures, health provisions, and logistical support, as contributing factors to the successful management of the pilgrimage.

In response, Dr. Saqib expressed gratitude for the hospitality and services extended to Afghan pilgrims by the Saudi authorities. He also received the official Hajj agreement and the preliminary plan for the 1447 AH Hajj season from Dr. Al-Rabiah. Both parties pledged to enhance coordination and improve services for Afghan pilgrims in the upcoming year.
