The Ministry of MOHIA invites all eligible bidders to participate in the bidding process for the project of constructing a Mihrab in the honorable National Statistics and Information Authority for the fiscal year 1404 (Hijri Solar) and to submit their sealed bids in accordance with the terms and conditions of the bidding document, and based on the Public Procurement Law and Procedures of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, from the date of announcement up to 21 calendar days.

How to obtain the bidding document:

Procurement Directorate, Ministry of Guidance, Hajj, and Endowments, (Shahr-e-Naw, Esmat Muslim intersection, former Hajj Farzi Directorate building) during official hours. The documents can be obtained via CD or flash drive.

Bid opening time will be according to the instructions stated in the bidding document. Late or online bids will not be accepted.

Bid Security: 

Amounting to 280,000 AFN (two hundred eighty thousand Afghanis) in the form of a bank guarantee. Eligibility requirements are specified in the bidder information page.

Note: 

In case of any discrepancy between the text of the bidding document and the invitation to bid, the text of the bidding document shall be considered authoritative.
