Renovation project of the Grand Quba Mosque, located in District 15 of Kabul city, for the fiscal year 1404

In accordance with Clause (2), Article 43 of the Procurement Law, it is hereby publicly announced that the Ministry of MOHIA  intends to award the renovation project of the Grand Quba Mosque, located in District 15 of Kabul city, for the fiscal year 1404 to Abid Shoaib Construction Company, holding license number (65239), located on Nerkh Road, Maidan Wardak city.

The total contract value is 4,648,064 Afghanis (Four million, six hundred forty-eight thousand and sixty-four Afghanis).

Any natural or legal person who has any objection in this regard may submit their written objection along with reasons, within seven calendar days from the date of publication of this notice, to the Procurement Directorate of the Ministry of Guidance, Hajj, and Endowments, in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.

Note: This announcement does not mean the contract has been concluded. The contract will not be signed until the completion of the above-mentioned period and all subsequent legal procedures.
