In accordance with Paragraph (2) of Article Forty-Three of the Procurement Law:
It is hereby publicly announced that the Ministry of MOHIA intends to award the project for the construction of a Mosque at the Esteemed National Statistics and Information Authority for the year 1404, to Al-Muslim Construction Company, holding license number (D-23891), located at Room 408, 5th Floor, Faisal Nisar Tower, 40-Meter Road, Jadah, Central Kabul, Kabul.
The project is to be awarded at the total cost of (8,128,672.20 AFN) — eight million, one hundred twenty-eight thousand, six hundred seventy-two point twenty Afghanis.
Any natural or legal persons who have any objections regarding this matter may submit their written objections along with valid reasons to the Procurement Directorate of the Ministry of Guidance, Hajj and Endowments within seven (7) calendar days from the date of this announcement, in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.
Note: This notification does not constitute a contract. The contract will not be concluded until the above-mentioned period is completed and the subsequent legal procedures are finalized.
