He added that the Islamic Emirate is committed to the reconstruction and development of the country while also responsibly safeguarding the beliefs, morals, and traditions of the nation.

The Minister expressed appreciation for the activities of Kabul Municipality and expressed hope that other construction projects would also be successfully implemented.

At the same time, Mawlawi Abdul Rashid, the Mayor of Kabul, stated that various construction projects are being implemented in Kabul city, one of which is this road project. This road will alleviate traffic problems in the relevant areas and will significantly contribute to regional standard development.

He praised the efforts and dedication of the Minister of MOHIA in constructing this road and thanked him.

Additionally, after visiting the mentioned road, the Minister of MOHIA and the Mayor of Kabul also visited the construction site of Mosque al-Noor, which is being built under the supervision of the Ministry of MOHIA in the village of Dawlat Zai.
